Under the direction of the Human Resource Manager, this position is responsible all aspects of recruiting and staffing. The main responsibility of HR Staffing Specialist is to build and maintain an employee database to support client staffing needs.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
 
This position works indoors in a general office environment with standard office equipment available. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 20% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
 
This position requires regular travel and employee may have incidental contact with outdoor environments.  Employee must have access to a reliable vehicle with applicable insurance coverage and be able to safely operate a motor vehicle. This position requires a tremendous amount of phone and in-person interaction, and requires that the employee be able to read, write, and communicate professionally in English.
